Test of the second new generation high temperature high pressure insulation joint for oil well logging instrument is succesful and begin volume production.
News from CPL in late 2012(lunar calendar) that the second new generation high temperature high pressure insulation joint manufactured by Xi’an Yong Xing Scienceand Technology Company Ltd has passed the high temprature high pressure test.The second new generation high temperature high pressure insulation joint consists of four independent insulation isolation bodys. The surfaces is completed into shape by hot pressing under vacuum immersing of fiberglass composite materials.It does not have the material from the first genenration,it has better anti-abrasion performance and corrossion resistance of hydrogen sulphide and other poisonous gas.Temprature of the test is 175℃，working pressure is 175 MPa.Volume production of this product could be regarded as another breakthrough of dual lateral oil well logging instruments.Xi’an Yong Xing Science And Technology Development Company Ltd. will strive forward to the higher technology target of 200℃ and 260℃.
